I had given my product duopods a*** for warranty claiming for the *nd time in a year. The delivery man had received it in perfect condition and took it back.The employees of Mivi broke my product since my warranty was expiring soon and refused to solve my issue .I had clicked images on Mivi's website because I had trust in them and hence I don't have images but the delivery man can vouch for me.
