Hello . I had ordered one dress frm MYNTRA .then in two days I had requested for the return of this dress . Picknup was done successfully. I got a message frm Myntra that beciase of the wrong account details they couldn’t initiate the refund. So I was told to edit the bank ACCOUT detials . But I was not able to edit any details baecasr I checked that in my orders section everything was vanished . So I couldn’t update the details . I have send Myntra *** mails and *** times I habe called them . But it’s a waste . They r not bothered to give any solution . They just disconnect the call in between . Pls help me . It’s really ridiculous to call Myntra again n again
