My TV display stopped working on OCT **th and I have registered a complaint for same . Technician visited to my house on **th of October and told that problem is with mother board and he requested for the new motherboard. It got approved on **th of October . From then I was daily calling the customer care and been always told that the issue is escalated we will call you back in **-** hours . Till now that **-** hours didn't happen for them. I didn't get a problem response from them . It's been always ** days from the date when I have registered the complain.
