Vi is delaying delinking of my family plan (********** & [**********]). On ** Aug ****, customer care promised a consent SMS, but none received. No reminder SMS on ** Aug (*:**-*:** AM). Got retention message: "Thank you for continuing...". Vi store (Gurgaon) refused to help on ** Aug. Posted on X: Need immediate delinking & UPC codes. TRAI rules mandate UPC issuance within * days if no dues. Bills cleared
