My order invoice number is Retail ID**** invoice date ****/**/**.i ordered a blue paithani silk saree looking at the reviews .I received my parcel ysterday around *.pm and on opening was shocked to see the substandard material they delivered. I want to return the saree back I hv written a mail to them requesting a return I also called their customer complaint number but the numbers switched off..
Pls do the needful and help me get my refund back
