I have been a Vodafone user for the past * year. From the last ** days, I have been facing very poor network quality. My number comes not reachable almost **% of the time. The call drop rate is so high that almost every call gets dropped within *-* minutes. Due to this poor network, my incoming SMS also get delayed or never come. It is a hassle as I am unable to receive bank or other important OTPs and messages. On December **st, **** I recharged for the Annual Plan of Rs.**** and have barely been able to use it. I was forced to take up another SIM card just because my primary SIM has very poor network coverage, both indoors and outdoors. I'd like to get a full refund of the Rs.**** that I had paid as I haven't been able to use it and I don't see this problem being rectified anytime soon as it has happened earlier and my repeated complains went unheard.
