- * Apr **** - Paid INR **,*** for their VIP Shaadi membership. - * Apr **** - Utterly dissatisfied with their services, the consultant they allotted me. Called them multiple times. They said they will change consultant. - ** Apr **** - Unfortunate death in the family. Had to put shaadi search on hold. - ** Apr **** - Wrote email to customer care requesting refund of money after deduction of till date charges. - Till ** Apr **** - Multiple calls and follow ups with them. - ** Apr **** - Denied any refund. Said only option is to continue with the existing * month pack or transfer to another ** month self-service pack. I told them not in a condition to continue this. In the end, gave up and decided to continue. - ** Apr **** - Consultant provided very poor service - harassed one of my potential matches also. Raised to customer care. They offered to change consultant again. Their services are utterly poor. Plus they did not refund my money even after serious situation at home. They are ready to move me to a different package but no refund. But even after multiple attempts, their services are not worthy of even INR *,***.
