Never subscribed channel I.e.Movies active price Rs.**.**and Kids Active price Rs **.** are forcefully activated on my customer Id.Firstly I unkonwn about that,as my parents live at Nanded they told me recharge the DTH I do it.One day it validity period reduced automatically so I go in detail and checked then I realised some never activated high priced channel automatically inserted in my selected package.due to that my recharge amount increased.Then I try to remove it on their app.Initially it shows removed from cart but don't know how it once again inserted in my package.Then I recharged according my package but my package validity period reduced so I again checked and found that never activated channel ie Movies active and Kids active channel automatically inserted in my package.So I had try to call on customer care number they are not received call due to covid-**.Then I emailed them and auto generated reply received which states that use app for same accordingly try but not resolved.Then registered complaint on their website yesterday till date issue not resolved due to that my tv is off.It is requested to look in to matter resolve it immediately.
