Hi team,
I visited your atm in baran Rajasthan on *st oct between **.**-**.**.
When I was in middle of transaction,
A cleaner come and started to come near me and even was behind me and started to clean atm area.
When I asked him to stop for * minute until I complete my transaction.
When I was counting money and even my atm was in machine.
He almost jumped me and said aisi ki tesi,
I need to do my work.
Even I was not able to complete my transaction and this is really not accepted
He said that tere jaise bahut aate he yaha.
Guard was not there.
Guard appeared in next *-* mins so i asked him.
Guard name was n#####h when he said that i am saying sorry on behalf of cleaner then
Cleaner said to guard that why you are asking sorry bhenchod.
Even I told to guard why he is saying abuse.
But guard say I am sorry..
Guard was polite but cleaner was almost threaten me, jump me. And also in middle of transaction...
In this time of corona, when branch associated with atm reorted some corona case. Your cleaner wad near to me and forcefully come inside atm.
In case tomorrow because of this behavior of cleaner of your branch. I will be suffered from corona.. Or someone in my family then I will sue icici bank to pay my expenses and mental and physical and financial loss.
I request you to terminate this cleaner who is threating customer.
Also consider this mail as a notice that in case I will be diagnose as a corona in next ** days then icici bank and cleaner will be responsible..
Also there are two atm in small place. How a bank can be so irresponsible to keep two atm at small place.... Even there is a branch behind atm that is closed because corona case was identified there..
This is shame on icici bank..
Considering this as icici is spreading corona..I claim icici to correct everything and claim *cr ruppess to deposit in prashan mantri kosh and share receipt here.
Evidence will be bank atm recording..
