I had ordered a Nokia phone on amazon.in. The item received was damaged. The phone was not working. So I sent it to Nokia service centre via courier. After one month of calling and emailing the customer support repeatedly they finally sent a phone without any accessories. During the entire one month they have mislead and provided false information the whole time. They have made us wait for hours together on phone. They have emailed the same reply irrespective of whatever questions I have asked. I have emailed every person of Nokia I could find online but have never received any other response. This has been extremely time consuming and mentally frustrating. Even now the issue has not been resolved and the customer support is not interested to solve. They hang up my calls or keep me on hold for so long and never provide appropriate answers ever.
