As I placed an order on **th March and they delivered wrong power sunglasses(With just Lenskart mistakes) and raised numerous requests through email/phone calls but each-time false promises and let customer wait each time with saying just next **-** hours resolution time.
Very much tired n frustrated with Lenskart services and already consumed money and valuable time with just lenskart careless attitude. Here I already paid and expecting delivery and services but due to all Lenskart attitude and poor customer-services, customer is suffering and still don't see any hope when the actual resolution will happen.
With mistakes like wrong power details that left eye +number and right eye negative no. Such a Lenskart technical team.
