*. On **nd July ****, I placed an order bearing shipment No. *****************A-** from Jiomart App of Reliance Retail Limited.
*. On **th July ****, I received unsealed product packing looks to be tampered and having rust in charging point of the product. I had immediately made a complaint on Jiomart App chat box about the aforesaid.
*. There is no resolution to my complaint till date, even after I had made many follow ups for resolution for complaint on **th July ****, *st August ****, *nd August ****, *rd August ****, *th August ****, *th August **** and *th August **** on customer care number **** *** ****. The Customer Service Executive informed me that their team tried contacting me but was unable to connect a call; however, I had given my alternate contact numbers ********** and **********. Every time assurance was given by the Senior Customer Service Executive that my complaint is escalated and will be resolved within ** hours. When I requested when it would be resolved no specific date and time was provided to me.
*. Your company even on calls admitted after *nd August **** that there is delay and deficiency in services on their parts and requested to give them some more time of ** hours.
*. My concern is to return to a product and get a refund of the same. Despite of many follow ups and escalation of complaint to email department Diksha and various other Senior Customer Service Executives namely Ms. Srishti, Ms. Khusboo etc. no resolution was provided and it remained unheard.
*. I had gone through an online review of other customers which is very poor about the company, sharing a few screenshots of comments for your reference.
*. In spite of acknowledging mistakes on calls by company, Company Jiomart had not corrected/resolved the problem, therefore I demanded a total refund of the entire amount. It is therefore clear that jiomart company deliberately induced me to part with amount on assurance that company would be providing a service as mentioned at the time of selling the product. Company never had any intention to fulfill assurances and such assurances were given only with a view to induce me to part with such an amount to Company. Jimart intention of cheating is also evident from screenshots of reviews of other customers attached to this email.
*. Under the circumstances, I, call upon Jiomart Company to make the repayment/refund of amount Rs.***/- (rate of product on **th July ****)
