I had booked a Maruti Suzuki Swift zoom car on **:** pm *th March, **** to **:** pm *th March, **** but for the reason that I could not find the site of the car where it was parked for ** min I had given up and did not even have look at the car. Tries to call the number mentioned in the app but it was an incorrect number. On the next day *th March, I get a message stating that I have been charged a refuelling fee of ₹*** which is absurd. So the complaint is for the fee for an untouched car.
