Dear Sir/Madam
The complaint raise against unnecessary bill generation without providing satisfactory service by Vodafone. Besides unpaid bill amount imposed and Vodafone service had also be terminated.
I have switched to Vodafone redex plan on April'** with * family pack on promising by provide good internet services but neither they able to provide service nor ready to stop the plan. I had also visit to nearest store but they are not able to resolve my problem.
Now they have generated the bill of **** including **** of pending bill, but they are not able to provide the detail of pending bill.
Services have also been terminated from last * days.
