I’ve organised party at your barbecue nation yesterday, as I’ve always got good reviews however my experience was totally pathetic yesterday … the entire food itrens were not hot as expected and were like they were cooked hours before and directly served , also hygiene was not upto the expectations . I’ve attached the picture clicked for your Refrence .infact it took **-** minutes for your team yo arrange cutlery . Your entire management was not at all professional and we trying to be over smart .I’m writing as I’m going ahead to publish this in tricity newspapers . Because of this entire episode I’ve to apologise to my guests .. totally unprofessional behaviour . Infact one of your waiter took spoon from his pocket .. you can verify this from video recordings . Also I’m sharing my number *****-***** but please ensure no calls to apologise ..

I was frequent visitor however after your barbecue came into newspaper around *-* backs for same reasons of hygiene I’ve stopped .. thinking team must’ve learnt from mistakes I’ve again visited after long however it’s was wrong decision .
