- Unexpected behavior and charges without clarifying all the things ^Open

This is regarding the Unexpected behavior and charges without clarifying all the things by UPCL.

I also have a video of my Electric Meter where it's Seal was not broken and they have also mentioned this thing in the attached check-list. When asked a question that how the meter wire can be broken without opening outer sealed box, they didn't give any valid reason or answer instead charged **K. They don't even bother to listen to a genuine customer who is working hard to pay taxes and not to cheat so that something good will happen in our Country. Besides that when I see all these things happening just because of their internal politics makes people like us to move from this Country(Just an example).
My question was to them - If seal was not broken how can you say there was a problem in the wire inside.
Even if that is the case then that is something for them to find out in their department that why this is happening which gives me a feeling they might be installing a faulty/second hand meter.
If you really care about this thing much then why do you guys install any meter outside of the house wall or better you put your people all the time in front of all the meters installed in Uttarakhand, if not then have a guts to find a loophole in your department instead of blaming it on Customer.

Looking forward to get a logical reason behind it.
