I had asked Tikona executives to discontinue my account as I no longer required their services. After repeatedly asking them to do so they still did not deactivate my account and kept sending me bills and giving me calls for reminding me to pay. Then one day I received a legal notice for paying the same. A few days later an advocate called me and asked me to pay the **** in total or they would file a case against me in court. In panic I paid the bill. It was wrong of them to extort money from me using unethical methods. I need that money back now as I was not liable to pay any amount. I had cleared all my previous bills and started clearly that I didn't want to renew my membership.
