- Unauthorized Order Placement Refund Not Processed Open

I raised a refund request of ₹*,*** more than * days ago. Instead of processing the refund, the company used the amount via wallet without my consent and placed an order (BDO******). My registered email ID was also changed without authorization. Despite multiple emails, the company is delaying resolution by generating new ticket IDs. I seek immediate order cancellation and refund to my bank account.
