Hi
My name is rajkumar from tamil nadu, i was used just dial year back for my business related and i have signed for one year and am paying EMI through ECS, however one year completed but without my information they have auto renewal and processed for one more year, later i got to know and called up customer care in the month of april **** and asked to stop all the service and ECS.
They asked for email confirmation and i have sent through my reg email id and got confirmation also through mail and text msg.
This month like may **th **** again they made cheque passed for * times cause of that my account went to almost ****INR as minus, i need a solution and my money with compensation
