Hi, My son M Vaishnav doing JEE foundation course from last year in online. Vedanthu told the course fee - **k. In that initial payment **k need to pay initially and monthly *k need to pay. March **** there was no classes conducted and there was no information also given in this. Hence we have not paid the amount of *k in march ****. We informed the same to our Vedanthu Tutor after that i am keep on receiving call from propell to pay EMI, i clearly informed them there is no emi with you and there was no classes now in vedanthu for my son hence we wont pay the amount this month. But they deducted the amount without information now my balance shows overdue amount due to their rubbing attitude. after that they sent mail that reminder for rs.**** for april**. due to this worst behaviour we stopped the classes with vedanthu now. It is online mode hecne we cant able to do anything in bank also. if we missed to pay payment or anything wrong with me can charge as you like but without anything if they wish to charge as they like is not correct thing we feel. pls intervene and stop this propell worst kind of behaviour in payment deduction. if there is no action taken again they will take total amount of **** from my account as overdue.
