I purchased *TB Sony hard disk from Lotus electronics near Sneha Nagar Sapna Sangeeta road. It was under a *-year warranty. But when I submitted for repairing hard disk to Sony service centre the service centre told me that bill is not correct. Now lotus is not providing me with the correct bill. They took details of purchase so many times over their customer support call but not processed it. I have called them so many times and they are excusing that they could not find my details on their system.
