Vi(Vodafone-Idea) has deducted **rs on **nov ****, from my balance in the name of gamefun service. When I contacted them they said it was deducted for playing game and obviously I haven't done anything (why should I play this shit "gamefun" for **rs). They refused to refund the amount. Earlier they had deducted **rs but after complaint they refunded but this time they are refusing to do so.
