I have been unable to access the internet from the past * weeks from **-*-**** to till date. I have also registered a complaint to resolve the issue. But till now there was no resolution provided. I have already paid the bill for * months subscription, inspite of that, they are unable to provide me with the proper service. I requested them to refund my amount if the issue is not resolved but that did not happen.
