uber charged me twice for a trip and refused to apply a coupon. i disputed charge and got my money back but uber still kept charging my card two months later after i had already not authorized the charges. uber committing fraud and charging my card without my permission. now on their app still shows i owe $**.** and they refuse to erase the charge. also they have blocked me from using the app until i pay the charge. i have complained to them many times but they refuse to respond to my claim.
