I placed an online order with amazon india on ** september **** from ahmedabad. The order was for * quantites of the same product to be delivered at ahmedabad and ludhiana(doraha), with an estimated delivery time of *-** working days. The product has not been delivered till today, i.e. ** October, .
The seller/ amazon keeps on postponing the delivery date without even contacting me over email, citing that the product is in shipment and dispatch stage.
I made repeated requests, i.e, * times with customer care at amazon to cancel my order but they say that they cannot cancel the order as it is in the dispatch stage and will raise the request for it.
In short, there has been a continuous harassment by
amazon
seller
as i have already paid for my order.
They do not:
*. deliver the product on time.
*.Keep postponing the delivery date without information.
*. No refund of my money despite my repeated requests for cancellation.
