- Trekking package cancelled but money not refunded ^Closed

Details : The booking was under my friends name Aditi pal(**********) we booked a Trekking package from the company which costed **** per person..**** in total for the date of **/**/**** (it was a kedarkantha trek)we booked out train and accommodation for day in dehradun..as we both are the residents of kanpur...after reaching dehradun in the noon..the called us by saying that the trek is postponed due to excessive rainfall in the destination so we asked him for if there is any other trek available for the next day..he said he will look after that..so at the night he said sir there is no one to contact so I will tell you in the morning...so we had to extend out stay in the different property. and paid extra..as we both are students...after calling him he said there is no available trek for the next * days..so we told him to cancel our trek..he said the money will be credited into your bank account in ** hrs after calling him he is not picking up our call his senior has blocked us (named Arjun) after reaching the nearest police station after few days they told us to go to the police station of the area where company is as we somehow managed to say by borrowing money from friends and family..it's been more than a week and they are not responding... please help us and yes the address of the company in the internet is not updated it's an old one..they have shifted to different address...there UPI I'd is- trekvedapvtltd@axl
