- Train ticket not booked but amount credited Closed

On *th April I booked * train tickets on ixigo app via phone pe. As usual amount is credited from my bank account but ticket is not booked yet. I contacted bank's customer service and they said that amount is successfully debited to their account. I tried to connect with ixigo app but the feedback mail of the apo seems not working and there is no way to get direct contact with apl representatives.
