- Toothsi scam ^Open

Hi,
This is Amrita, from Kolkata.
I want a full refund for the **k i paid as my first payment for toothsi, i chose the plan for teeth gap closing and initially it was stated that i will get a fulfilled result as i expected where i asked again and again that my gaps will be closed completely or not and the doctor assured that it would be a very slight, almost not visible and it will be in between the procedures before the final result. And on the *th day since i chose toothsi, the doctor informs that on the final result i will still have a tooth size gap and later i will have to make an implant so that it doesn't look bad. I mean this is so misleading and disappointing because every then and now they asked me to do multiple tests, scanning and everything and in the toothsi app it says the final plan with/without changes will be informed after my last medical test and later they are all denying this and arguing whereas they didn't mention about the implant scenario earlier at all! The doctor that mentioned about the implant, Miss Priya misled me in many contradictory communications and denied later completely. So i chose to cancel the plan and Mr. Rakesh Sinha from the team called me and asked me to reconsider but i straightaway said i would want cancellation and refund. But he insisted me to have another video call consultation with another orthodontist as he claims earlier doctors i spoke to were 'just doctors' and the call he was arranging for me was an orthodontist! I wonder if the earlier doctors weren't orthodontists then who were they?! He asked for time and said he is arranging a call with a doctor and its been two days since that call that he just vanished and there was no response from his end anymore. Basically they were wasting my time so that they can pull up with their so called cancellation policy. They are misleading, contradictory and unfaithful basically. I want my full refund of **k and apologies won't be enough for the harrassment and waste of time i had to go through. I have mailed them my issue, spoke to them for the same and now there is no call back or response from them.
Please help me get my hard earned money back. It's **k.
Please do the needful urgently.
