I am tired of contacting customer care for the installation and sent mails as well but no response received till now.

This completely frustrating for getting a new connection that I never faced. It’s been a week that the request for a new connection made along with payment and documents submission. Every time when I call customer care rude response received from them. When I requested I was being informed that the process will be completed in ** hrs by Prachi and then I again followed up with you guys you said it will take * days then followed by * days. Mr Shaan, Rahul said by today evening before * pm it will be installed and activated and now Sartaj Singh that tomorrow **-** it will be activated. I want to know why you people make fake promises if you are unable to fulfil it. If you can’t service your customer close your service provider and terminate executives those ruin the business. This is the reason Timbl doesn’t have reputation and recognition in the market. If you can’t provide the connection refund with my money. There are multiple better service providers in the market that can be referred to.
