I have asked that how can Indigo Airlines assist customer in case of an exigency. I was stuck in heavy traffic due to rainfall in Riyadh. What communication’ modes active in night ?
I had tired all your communication channel available on Indigo platform but none of them was available & supportive . ie. Website (error reporting screenshots), contact centre (Saudi/Beijing/India) no one responded on the call (call records available with me). What’s app vhat totally driven by AI & no option for rescheduling the ticket.
I had asked for escalation matrix in the organization, you didn’t provide any information.
I really don’t know what kind of customer service been provided by your company & I feel cheated to choose Indigo airlines now as no one supports.
Exigency can happen with anyone & you should support the customer rather than shying away & been non cooperative . I have not received any amount credited till date.
