I have booked a flight from jammu to delhi , they send me a mail that booking process has been started, but after a hour i got a message that the flight has been cancelled from the airline, and refund had been initiated but no refund is credited, i get to know on voxya that the flight booking site is actually fraud, they are not even replying to my queries on email and no one is picking up on phone, its raeally frustrating
