Due to emergency circumstance Srinivasan could not be travelled from Kumbakonam to Bangalore on **-**-**** and proceeded to Chennai.
In this connection I wish to inform, the ticket in question was booked by My son on **-**-****. Due to some emergency of hospitalization needed by **-**-**** one of the person R.Srinivasan U-! could not be travelled on **-**-****.
The fact was informed in the Phone # ********** and **********. They have informed you have booked the ticket through redbus you have to be conduct the redbus only.
On **-**-**** I my self tried to contact the Bus Servuce MTC Travels informed the fact.
At last before starting the bus from Tiruvarur. His # is **********. The matter was also discussed at Kumbakonam bus Supervisor at *.** P.M. Accordingly the Upper U-* should have been kept vacant.
But the same has been given to some other passenger, I noticed, since I am travelling in the bus with my wife.
The Upper i seat was collected fare from me as well as MTC bus owner.
Kindly refund the money what was collected by Bus owner MT, so that such think would not be hampered the name of redbus.
