Repeated calls and messages and threat cibil score impact after proper communication and acknowledgement from my side.
Since * year these bulling is done against me. Ola not verify Driver details and recover amount from him. I gave to Driver full payment of travel in cash because my mobile was switched off due to low battery. Driver accepted cash and written email regarding same to ola still threat and calls from ola for same reason happened one year back.
Please do needful. OLA agreed they won't call back if I send email regarding incident still from OLA i am getting threat messages and calls post email.
