The product was delivered without a lock seal, and the tag was already loose at the time of delivery. I immediately raised this concern when initiating the return, yet the pickup was rejected by your delivery agent claiming “missing seal.”
Please note — this issue existed at the time of delivery, not due to my handling. It’s unfair to blame the customer for a packaging error that occurred before delivery.
