I ordered two tops from Littlebox India. One arrived on time with the correct fit, but the other arrived late and fit poorly. I exchanged it for a different size and was charged an additional ₹***. The replacement took a week to arrive and had a terrible fit and poor quality. There’s no way to reach customer support — my Instagram DMs aren’t being seen, and the WhatsApp bot says it’s connecting to an operator but never does. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on this brand.
