I was planning to book a trip with my kids and I just wanted to go through the RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER in case my kids make any damage. To my shock I saw this below sentence -
The User would be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of him
What do yo mean by good any damage???
What if my kids make any damage so what kind of damages are good, so if they make bad damages then we are not responsible?? Or if we make good damages?? Atleast keep your Terms of use properly. Pls fix it and I would certainly claim money to find such issue on your site.
