We Djax Technologies Pvt Ltd, having the office at, ***, E*, *th Floor, SM Towers, Race Course, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu – ******, to state that we have Couple of seller Accounts under same management in Flipkart seller portal in the below mentioned Seller Name.
• Ayushonline – (Djax Technologies Pvt LTD, GST : **AACCD****B*ZT)
• Secular Organic – (Secular Organic, GST : **AHQPR****D*ZG)
we are yet to get the refund of TDS claim for the both the Account, which we paid TDS value for Ayushonline is Rs **,***/- and for Secular Organic is Rs *,**,***/-
We have raised the escalation complaint ticket multiple times along with the attached Form **A in seller portal, for which they have not received any resolution and it has been kept pending Citing the Deadline overdue.
we have requested your team to connect us with your Legal or Accounts team to get discussed and get a resolution which is not happening.
