i booked taxi at *.** and did advance payment after i got a call from this company that you haven't paid advance yet so your booking will get confirm once u pay so i paid advance and they confirmed booking after my payment success . the call came after that saying that the taxi will reach by ** as per request time the taxi guy called up at ** saying i m still at m home having tea shall leave in some time will reach by ** mins after ** mins upon no show i called him and he told that i just left in ** mins i will reach and after ** mins when i called him i am the car wash washing my car and he arrived at **.** by the time i called the company once to tell them the scenario the company guy told he will call up driver and revert me soon but i didnt recieve the call. On my last conversation with the cab driver he told u book another cab and i will not come ... i have had series of msg to the company bt still no revert
