I made a payment of Rs. ****/- to a Tatasky executive on *th July'**.
He said that by **th the technician will visit with the set top box. But none visited and contacted us.
When I am trying to call him he is not answering my calls. He is Mr. Dileep (ph: **********).
Now I don't want any connection and I want my money to be refunded.
Please resolve my problem asap.
