A couple of days before I booked * movie tickets in Kolkata from Bookmyshow (Booking ID W**TRHK). They charged me a total of **.** rupees as internet handling charges (booking fees ** Rs + GST *.** Rs). Other websites are charging the same amount in the name of convenience fees. Is it legal to charge these fees? If it is why e-commerce websites are not charging these convenience fees?
