Subject: Systemic Denial of Refunds and Lifetime Data Access (NCH Dockets: ******* & *******)
I am filing this complaint against Ola Cabs for 'Deficiency in Service' and 'Unfair Trade Practices.' Despite filing multiple National Consumer Helpline (NCH) dockets, the company continues to stall using a generic 'Work In Progress' status.
Issues:
*. Refund Denied: Ola has failed to refund a verified overcharge of ₹**.** (Docket *******).
*. Data Privacy Violation: Ola is persistently denying my legal right to access my Lifetime Ride History and GST-compliant PDF invoices (Docket *******), which is a violation of CCPA directives and Consumer Protection Rules.
Claim: I am claiming the original refund amount of ₹**.** plus ₹*,*** as compensation for the mental agony, harassment, and significant loss of time caused by their non-responsive behavior over the last **+ days. I request immediate resolution and delivery of all requested data.
