I have purchased Khaitan Cooler Aroking from Khandelwal Furniture jabalpur MP on dated ** may ****. But swing not working properly and not fixed properly. I have lodged complain to Khaitan customer care as well as Khandelwal furniture but no resolution till date ,whereas product is in under warrenty .kindly help me
