On ** th June evening I purchased some food items and water from swings instamart when I paid online my first payment deducted bit it showed failed payment and then I did it second time again second time it showed payment successful but even after ** hours swiggy didn't refund my money as they say in their policy.
The worst happens after that when yesterday evening I called at swiggy help centre the man said I should download Avval app because I was unknown from this app totally and then through this app I lost my **** but that man was still insisted that money will be refunded to your account but I haven't got my money until now.
Please help me to get my money.
