Acutlly am a user of vodafone from last * yr on feb i make a Request in vodafone for port out after * day i recive a call from vodafone executive she tell me that vodfone have a batter plan don't leave vodafone conver your card in prepaid i said ok then she raise my request for postpaid connection within * days i recive many call from vodafone selleing Department(*rd party) on ** of feb my document collection done at the time of collection he take only my sign on form according to said by executive my card will be activate in ** hrs but it would be started on ** feb after sending mail to vodafone. On * march my outgoing blocked for ** hrs against negative verification of address many time i called in vodfone Coustomer care every time they told me your card would be activated in ** min or * hrs. And they said visit our store with document for correction. I visited store on ** and vodafone executive update my address. On ** again my number is suspended for same reasone again i visted vodafone store they said me we are processing on your request and activate my number on ** morning i recive a call from Vodafone executive he tell me that now your number is totally free of any issues and your number is activate after * hrs my number is suspended for same reasone.
