I purchased this phone on **rd October **** through E-commerce website Flipkart. I was good with my phone, but my friend also purchased the same model i.e. Redmi Note * pro. I compared my phone camera with my friend's phone camera and saw a huge difference in the camera quality and immediately I visited the mi service centre for help. I went along with my friend phone as well to show the difference and the Mi service centre. Technician addressed that it's an issue. He confirmed that and told me to replace the camera. But they are not providing any help on this. I am following up with them every day by visiting the service centre but every day they gave the same excuse that the camera parts are not available. Please help me on this as if after my warranty if I will go to them, they will charge me the huge amount. I am attaching you the service order no. I suspect they have given me the defective piece which has some camera issue. They have cheated on my money. Kindly please help me to get the justice and value for the money which I have spent.
