I booked international holidy package with Make My trip, I paid in advance also. But due to covid situation, after couple of days, I asked for Refund.
Make my trip assured me , that they will reschedule trip after covid situation alleviates.
But Now on their site, my Booking is shown as completed. I never got service against my advance payments. I am feeling cheated by MMT.
How to recover my money ? I want file fraud case against mmt.
