- Sundirect DTH package not delivered ^Open

I have placed orders for a new connection to SUN DIRECT DTH through bookmydth.com website on **th June **** and paid the amount of Rs. *,***.** through my State Bank of India net banking account.
My Order Number is ***** and CC Avenue Reference Number is ************ and Bank Reference Number is IGAGJENWZ*.
It has been mentioned on the website that the orders have been shipped within ** hours of payment. Till date, I have not received any package/shipment in this regard. Moreover, no confirmation message or mail has been sent to me from the merchant.
When I contacted the Mobile Number +** ********** intended for customer care I have been informed to contact through text to one Thiru Sunjay Kora. He has sent me the mobile number of one Thiru Antony which is +** **********.

When I contact Thiru Antony, he has informed me that there is no stock available with him and that information has already been informed by him to Thiru Sunjay Kora in advance i.e. before I intended to purchase new connection via your website bookmydth.com. Thiru Antony has also informed me to contact Thiru Sunjay Kora to get a refund the amount paid for a new connection. As informed by Thiru Antony, I have once again contacted Thiru Sunjay Kora via text message on **th June **** at **.** hours stating the fact informed by Thiru Antony and asked him for a refund of my money to my bank account at the earliest. Till date, my money has neither been refunded to my account nor any message has been received from the merchant in this regard.
I have also mailed bookmydth.com customer care on **, June **** but they have no reply was received from them till date and they have not refunded my money. Kindly intervene in this issue and help to get me back my hard earned money from them.
