My first ever experience with Diva Deal Impulse eCommerce proved to be very bad.

Disappointed with both the products.
*. Royal Posture Emerging Posture Support
It couldn't stay on my body for a minute.
While wrapping the waistband around my torso the straps around shoulder get released from the buckle. The buckle for waist wrap is not steady. Suddenly it turns (from vertical to the horizontal position) and loosening of waist wrap is the result. One can't carry it in office, market place or while driving. Never when it will loosen or unfastened inside your shirt making you uncomfortable.
This is also worthy to mention that the Royal Posture™ is not printed on the product received.

Not supporting the breast properly. Can't write anything more because my sweetheart returned it to me just saying... It's not good.
It's also worthy to mention that the product is received without any packing and label or any markings.
I want to return both these products because of the reasons stated above. But company response is as below

इनकी Return/Exchange policy के मुताबिक इन्होंने सही ही लिखा है लेकिन मैं पिछले चार-पाँच सालों से Amazon/ Flipkart और दूसरे online sites से कई products मंगा चुका हूँ और कभी कभार return भी किए हैं जो बहुत smoothly हो गए थे। इस कंपनी से मेरा यह पहला interaction है। मैं DivaDeal Impulse e-commerce कंपनी को भी Amazon/Flipkart सी reputed समझने की गलती कर बैठा और return policy पढ़ना ही जरूरी नहीं समझा। ख़ैर अपनी गलती पर दूसरे को क्या दोष देना। मगर कोई मूर्ख बनाए तो बर्दाश्त नहीं होता न! इन्होंने जो substandard products मुझे भेजे हैं उनके pics आपको भेज रहा हूँ।
DivaDeal की website https://divadealindia.myshopify.com पर इनके बारे में बढ़िया अंग्रेजी में बढ़ा-चढ़ा कर जो लिखा है और जो मुझे मिला है उनकी quality में ज़मीन आसमान का फर्क है। ये अगर वाकई एक genuine company होती तो substandard products वापिस लेकर मेरा रुपया मुझे लौटा देते ताकि online shopping में ईमानदारी पर भरोसा कायम रहे! लेकिन ये Cyber Criminal लगते हैं।
