I purchased a subscription on may **th for **** INR/year. It should be expired in next year. But unfortunately when i opened disney hotstar app on **/**/**** it shows you need to purchase the subscription again. Then i contacted disney hot star they said send me the details like Login with phone number/email id sent the details again. I got reply from them they said that they want receipt of bank not from the mobile phone. Again logged in the bank need to search for the statement from the bank and took screenshot and sent to them. This conversation went on **/**/****. They are telling that we have already processed your refund amount on */*/**** if they already processed why they collected my details again and why they wasted customer time and no proper updated why it has been cancelled the subscription and my totally time wasted in this. I need compensation of time and need porper reason why my subscription was canelled?
