I was actually supposed to write this email in *st week of aug itself, but could not do so due to some commitments,

Please find enclosed two photographs of one Aloo bhujia pack we bought. One of them has an expiry date, whereas the second photograph is the condition of the stuff inside before expiry. In this regard please note the following.

*. We have been regularly buying Haldiram's Aloo Bhujia for almost ** years. This time we found that the taste of aloo bhujia had completely changed. Even oil was coming out of the bhujia. It was also smelling badly. My hands got sticky when I tried to remove it to put it back in packet. One can observe the color change of the material. We had no option but to throw it away.

*. I have been observing a change in taste and quality in the product since the last */* months. In fact I had switched to your competitor Bikaji.

*. My son who stays in the US also buys your export quality regularly. He was also complaining of a change in taste.

*. I have bought a fresh pack just now. The taste once again is not as usual. Now. I am thinking of switching to another brand.

This is not at all expected from a brand like Haldiram, a well known global entity.

I am sure that suitable action will be taken to improve the product. I feel it is something to do with the palm oil being used.
